The Haunted Prison Experience is a Haunted Attraction inside the walls of the Ohio State Reformatory. This 124 year old prison housed over 155,000 inmates and is most definitely "Haunted". Haunted X completes's the reformatory with actors, animatronics and props. The is not your typical "haunted house". We call it "The Supernatural meets the Special FX".
YOU MUST BE 13 YRS OLD TO ENTER! Proper footwear is required and don't come alone!
There are food vendors, gift shops and entertainment on the grounds when you arrive.
NO CAMERAS, FLASHLIGHTS, CELLPHONES OR RECORDING DEVICES ARE ALLOWED INSIDE.
NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE OF ANY KIND IS TOLERATED!!

Q. Do I have to buy my tickets online?
A. No.....You can purchase tickets when you get there. Gates open at 6 PM and Box office opens at 6:30 PMQ. Does my child have to be 13....Even with a parent.
A. Yes all children must be at least 13 with proof of age... birth certificate, report card or the like.
THE AGE IS 13 WITH OR WITHOUT A PARENT. NO EXCEPTIONS!!Q. Are you handicap accessible?
A. No.....this is an old, real prison with lots of stairs and very narrow hallways. You are welcome to come out
and enjoy the gift shops and food vendors, but we cannot admit handicap. No casts, braces or crutches allowed.

A. Yes....If you have a group of 20 or more...you can call 419-360-5689 to arrange. We give $1 per person so the price
would be $16 per person.
Groups are taken in as soon as they arrive and pick up their tickets at the box office.Q. Do you have Speed passes?
A. No....We advise you to arrive early.Q. Do you take credit cards.
A. Yes with a photo ID.....BUT WE PREFER CASH....AS CARDS SLOW THE LINES DOWN.Q. Do the Actors touch you?
A. No....AND DO NOT TOUCH THEM.Q. Is it Scarey??
A. Yes....It is a Haunted Attraction inside a real prison! If you become too scared we will escort you out.Q. Is this a REAL Prison?
A. Yes....this is a REAL Prison...that has been closed since 1990.Q. Is it REALLY haunted
A. Of Course!!....We cannot promise you will have an experience...but it has been known to happen.Q. Will I get my money back if I make it all the way through.
